This privacy policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit this website, for what purpose, and with whom it is shared. It is written to meet the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), in force since 1 September 2023.

2. Purpose of processing
Personal data is processed to answer enquiries, meet contractual duties, and keep this website running securely.
3. Categories of data
Visiting this website processes technical data (IP address, browser type, operating system, time of access, pages viewed). If you reach out by email or phone, the details you choose to share (name, email, content of your message) are processed in addition.
4. Recipients and processors
This website relies on a small number of carefully selected providers: Vercel Inc. (USA) for hosting, server logs, and anonymous performance and visitor statistics (Vercel Speed Insights and Vercel Web Analytics, cookieless). OpenStreetMap Foundation (United Kingdom) for the map tiles in the contact section. Clicking the directions button hands you over to Google Maps (Google LLC, USA); from that point Google's privacy policy applies.
5. Data transfer abroad
Processing takes place in the USA (Vercel, Google) and the United Kingdom (OpenStreetMap). Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses; the UK is covered by an adequacy decision.
6. Cookies and tracking
This site does not set marketing cookies and does not use cross-site tracking. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights work cookieless and without identifying profiles. No profiling and no automated decisions take place.
7. Retention
Server logs are usually deleted within 30 days. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and to meet any legal retention duty.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and objection. A short email to va@celineinglin.ch is enough.
9. Encryption
This site is served only over HTTPS. Data is transmitted confidentially.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated at any time. The current version is the one published on this page.
